Shipping and Returns

Any product can be returned (excluding food and water* items) if the return product is returned:

  •  
    • Within 30 days from the date the product was received In good condition and show no signs of damage.
    • If the product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping.

If you ordered the wrong product or just want to return the product (within 30 days of receipt of order), we do not pay for the initial shipping and handling cost or the cost of shipping to return the product and there is a 20% restocking fee. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Credit card charges must be credited to the card originally charged. Cancellations must be received before the order is processed. We disclaim responsibility of damage or defective claims after ten (10) days of receipt of products - open packages and inspect them upon receipt.

 

Please repack return items in original packaging (include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt)
